Change Your Thoughts
You know how they say some people look at the glass half full, while others look at it half empty??
I didn't quite understand this concept until I got older.
When tragedy strikes, do you look at what you've lost or do you appreciate what you have left?
When someone leaves you, are you upset that they left, or are you grateful for the lessons they left behind?
Even when something good happens to you, do you look for reasons to feel as though you don't deserve it?
We use our conscious thoughts to train our subconscious mind to attract what we want out of life.
So if you are constantly looking for the negatives in each situation, you'll attract more negative situations in your life.
If you are constantly looking for the positives, you'll attract more positive experiences.
